9.5% sales tax for shipments to California addresses will be added to the total during the payment process. These include shipments ordered by a third party buyer to a recipient residing in California.

We ship the items to the shipping address you specified at the time of the checkout. If you are shipping the board as a gift, be sure to enter the gift recipient’s address as the shipping address in your order.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. If the item has been damaged during delivery or if the engraving is incorrect, please contact us right away about a replacement. A photograph of the damaged item may be needed during the initial communication.

Our current processing time is 3 to 5 business days. However, depending on various factors we may process an order in a shorter time frame. We assume that once an order is placed it is final and we can begin working on it immediately. If you would like to make a change to your order, we will only be able to do that if we have not started processing it.

Because wood is a natural material, we cannot guarantee that the grain and the shade of wood used for your board will match the listing image. Note that walnut has the greatest variation of shade, ranging from light brown to very dark, almost black color.
